7 Days Return Guarantee – Rush Stop
At Rush Stop, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you face any issue with your order, please review our updated Returns & Refund Policy below.
These terms apply to all purchases made from us.
Return Window
You are entitled to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, email us at info.rushstop@gmail.com with:
- Your order details
- Reason for return
- Mandatory unboxing or complaint video (see conditions below)
- If your return request is approved, we’ll share instructions on how and where to send the package.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- The item arrived damaged
- The product has major defects or missing parts
- The item received is different from what was ordered
Important – Mandatory Proof for Return
To ensure a smooth return process, customers must provide:
- A clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the sealed package
OR a fresh inspection video clearly showing the defect immediately after delivery - The video must show:
- The outer packaging
- The unboxing/opening
- The product clearly
- The defect or issue
- This video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for damage/defect claims.
Without this video proof, returns will not be eligible.
Return Will Be Processed Only If:
- It is confirmed that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- The item matches what was originally shipped
- The product is returned in its original condition, including:
- Original packaging
- Tags, labels & accessories (if any)
- Proof of purchase/Invoice
Non-Returnable & Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned:
- Items with minor imperfections, natural handcrafted variations, or slight color/texture differences
(These are normal in handcrafted/resin decor items and not considered defects.) - Customized or personalized items
- Jewelry (due to hygiene reasons)
- Gifting envelopes or items that have been used/unsealed
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.)
Important Notes
- Returns are accepted only if initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Customer must submit defect video within 24 hours for damage claims.
- All items must be packed securely to prevent transit damage during return.
- Return approval is subject to Rush Store’s verification team after reviewing the video and product.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refund will be initiated within 14 working days of receiving the returned item
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- No extra fee will be charged

1. Eligibility for Refund
Customers can request a refund within 7 days of delivery only if the product is:
- Damaged or defective upon delivery
- Different from what was ordered
Important:
- Minor defects, natural handcrafted variations, or slight color/texture differences are not eligible for return.
- Products such as Gifting Envelopes, Puja Mandirs, and personalized/customized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
2. Mandatory Proof for Return
To process a refund or replacement, customers must provide a clear unboxing or inspection video:
- Recorded at the time of opening the package
- Showing the sealed package, full unboxing, product, and defect clearly
- Submitted within 24 hours of delivery
Returns without a video or submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible.

4. Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving your return (or video proof), our quality team will inspect it. Refunds are approved only if:
- The product matches the one originally shipped
- It was not damaged while in your possession
- It meets the condition for damage/defect as claimed
If approved, the refund will be processed. If not, the product will be returned to you.
5. Refund Timeline
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- The amount is credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer
